We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect certain data, including:

- Payment or financial information

VSTEPUP is currently free and does not display advertisements. However, we may introduce advertisements or optional paid features in the future. 5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within three (3) business days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
6. Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. To submit a deletion request:
- Send an email to datmai2710@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Include the email address associated with your VSTEPUP account in the body of the email.
- Your request will be reviewed and processed within three (3) business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Please note that certain data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
